Saynsight Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 1st, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Sphere Min Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Sphere Min,” “Saynsight,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms govern your access to and use of Saynsight, including our websites, business dashboard, hosted campaign pages, voice response pages, QR code experiences, embedded experiences, reports, integrations, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, creating a Saynsight account, creating or managing a campaign, or submitting a response through Saynsight, you agree to these Terms.
If you use Saynsight on behalf of a company, organization, venue, brand, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, store, disclose, and protect information in connection with the Services.
1. The Saynsight Service
Saynsight is a voice feedback and insight platform that enables organizations to collect responses through links, QR codes, embedded experiences, and other supported channels.
Depending on the applicable plan and configuration, the Services may include:
Creation and management of feedback campaigns.
Collection of voice responses without requiring respondents to create an account.
Speech to text transcription.
Automated analysis of responses.
Themes, summaries, sentiment, patterns, and other insights.
Campaign dashboards and reports.
Access to original audio where included in the applicable plan.
Optional respondent contact or reward functionality.
Integrations and related tools.
We may modify, add, remove, test, or discontinue features from time to time.
Automated transcripts, summaries, classifications, sentiment assessments, and other generated insights may contain errors or incomplete interpretations. Business Customers are responsible for reviewing information before relying on it for material business decisions.
2. Types of Saynsight Users
For purposes of these Terms:
“Business Customer” means a company, organization, brand, venue, business, or other entity using Saynsight to create or manage campaigns.
“Business User” means an individual authorized to access Saynsight on behalf of a Business Customer.
“Campaign Owner” means the Business Customer responsible for a particular campaign.
“Respondent” means a person who provides a response through a Saynsight campaign.
“Response Content” means voice recordings, spoken statements, written responses, and other content voluntarily submitted by a Respondent.
“Customer Content” means questions, logos, campaign materials, instructions, images, and other materials submitted by or on behalf of a Business Customer.
“Campaign Results” means transcripts, summaries, themes, analytics, reports, and other outputs generated through the Services from campaign responses.

You may not:
Allow unauthorized persons to access your account.
Impersonate another person or organization.
Use another person's credentials without authorization.
Attempt to bypass account, plan, usage, or security restrictions.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Respondents generally do not need an account, login, name, email address, or other registration information to submit a response.
4. Campaign Owner Responsibilities
Campaign Owners are responsible for the campaigns they create and distribute.
You agree that you will:
Ask questions and collect information only for lawful purposes.

Not use Saynsight to deceive, harass, discriminate against, or unlawfully monitor individuals.
Campaign Owners may not intentionally request Social Security numbers, full payment card numbers, account passwords, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive credentials through ordinary Saynsight response fields unless Sphere Min has expressly approved an appropriate collection process.
5. Child Directed Campaigns
Saynsight does not generally require Respondents to provide their age or date of birth, and Saynsight does not impose a general age gate on ordinary feedback campaigns.
However, special requirements apply when a campaign is directed to children under 13 or when applicable law otherwise requires parental or guardian consent.
A Campaign Owner that intends to create or distribute a campaign directed to children under 13 must notify Sphere Min and use any child directed campaign process, parental notice, parental consent mechanism, or other safeguard required by Sphere Min and applicable law.
Campaign Owners may not intentionally bypass or disable required child privacy protections.
If a campaign involves a child and applicable law requires authorization from a parent or legal guardian, the Response Content may be collected or processed only in accordance with the applicable consent requirements.
Sphere Min may suspend or restrict a campaign if we reasonably believe that it is collecting children's personal information without legally required safeguards.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain Saynsight features require a paid subscription or other payment.
Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout.
Sphere Min does not receive or store your full payment card number. We may receive and maintain transaction related information such as:

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by applicable law, fees already paid are nonrefundable.
Prices, plan limits, included features, and subscription terms may change. We will provide notice of material changes when required by law or where reasonably practicable.
You are responsible for applicable taxes unless the law requires Sphere Min to collect or remit them.
7. Customer Content
Business Customers retain any ownership rights they have in Customer Content.
By providing Customer Content to Saynsight, you grant Sphere Min a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty free license to host, reproduce, display, format, process, modify, and otherwise use Customer Content as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
